Automation is useful when it removes coordination cost without hiding authority. Growii starts from one goal, selects the minimum relevant specialists and keeps consequential actions approval-first.
The Orchestrator reads the goal, available evidence, dependencies and approval policy. It selects the smallest specialist team that can change the current decision, then returns one ranked action queue.
Growii does not turn a plausible recommendation into an external change by itself. The action contract keeps owner, evidence, risk, approval, rollback and result window together.
